===== When do you update? =====

Your browser should update the software automatically once a week. There are times when the browser version is not the same as the current live version or there is an error and the system is not working.
**Only do the update once.** 

===== Open Chrome =====

Open Chrome and got to

===== Open Developer Tools =====
At the login screen press F12 on your keyboard or open developer tools in the menu

A new window will show up on the right-hand side

===== Refresh Page =====
Right mouse click on the refresh icon and select Empty cash and hard reload

You can then close the window on the right-hand side 

Login and normal.
